2013 C++ Runtime Not Installing
So, I've been wanting to update from 0.9.1 to 0.9.8 the last week or so, but I've had a problem with C++ not installing. It says it can't install because access to 0x80070005 is denied. I've tried to look it up and can't find a solution. I figured I'd ask here if anybody else has had this problem, or if anybody knows of a solution.
I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit. I've tried using both the 32x and 64x and neither works for some reason. Any help is greatly appreciated. |

RE: 2013 C++ Runtime Not Installing
I don't have any anti-virus type thing that would prevent it from working, the last one I had has been removed some time ago. That's part of what irritates me, because I can't find a reason why it wouldn't work.
