find out savestate version

in MH portable 3rd HD version: i started ppsspp and it says my saveste is for an older ppsspp version. pls help i didnt update or download anything. i tried other versions but it wont work. where can is find out wich ppsspp build is the savestate made for. hex editor just show 0's

Try my save states manager.
If you are not using some really old ppsspp version(newer than v0.8.1-642),the info is at the top when you open the file with hex editor

it shows the normal save wich work but its alot older. it wont shows the save state

It should shows normal saves and save states.
If you have only save states for certain game,then it won't show them(you have to add the game to the list manually)

Are the save states in
The folder where you place the program(where the ppssppwindows.exe is)\memstick\PSP\PPSSPP_STATE

And you have normal saves along with save states for the exact same version of the game right?

y but it only shows the normal saves
not the save states i need

On the left side you see the normal saves names.
Remember the first 9 characters of the name and check if you have a save state in the PPSSPP_STATE folder that start with that name(9 characters)

If you don't see such save state,then that means you don't have save state for the same version as the save

Also you can try tuning the program as administrator(I'm not sure if it's needed)
Btw if you can't see the states in the program no matter what you try,open the save state you want with some hex editor and if you don't see the ppsspp version at the top(of course the hex editor must also show strings\text,not just digits),search for v0.
