You can create your own network (that's what I do)
It's free, it will only asks you to validate your account when you will create it ♦ Intel Core i7-6700HQ | 16 GB RAM | NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M | Debian Testing ♦ Intel Core i7-2630QM | 4 GB RAM | NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M | Debian Testing ♦ PSP-3004 | 6.60 PRO-C2 |

Merged.
You have to ask the creator of the network, the IP address he can see in the bottom left corner of his Tunngle window. Then, write this IP address in your ppsspp.ini ♦ Intel Core i7-6700HQ | 16 GB RAM | NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M | Debian Testing ♦ Intel Core i7-2630QM | 4 GB RAM | NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M | Debian Testing ♦ PSP-3004 | 6.60 PRO-C2 |

I did everything in the guide but when I try to open connection in Kingdom Hearts it still says connection lost, is anyone playing Kingdom Hearts that can tell me how to fix this? And is it possible to play with strangers and stuff?

RE: [Tutorial] Simple way to play multiplayer using Tunngle
Tunngle uses a virtual network card, so it will only work on PC...

Is it fine to just leave CPU clock at default to play Tekken 6 online, because the game will not boot if CPU clock value is changed.
