Can I run dbz games with this spec?

Now i have downloaded ppsspp 0.9.7 on my laptop and tried to play shin budokai 1(ntsc-u version). it plays perfectly in menus and everything but as soon as the loading screen before a battle appears i get the same error message-"ppsspp has stopped........of the problem" that i mentioned previously. What is wrong this time? my laptop specs are-
2.1ghz core 2 duo cpu
intel 4500mhd
4gb ram
windows 7, 32 bit

Try toying around with the emulator's settings. I'll look into it later and see if I can give you any better pointers.
