Well both platform use the same emulator, so there should be no problem moving SAVEDATA from one platform to another.

^^ Maybe, simply copy your save on sdcard, into your computer via usb/card reader ?
or anything you want.. its very simple Smile

Just copy the folder named as the ID of the game (for example "ULES00000") or whole SAVEDATA folder.
If you meant Save State, isn't possible, Save State isn't compatible between platforms.
