1) In your PPSSPP, open Settings (while Crisis Core is running ofc)
2) In System, toggle "Enable Cheats"
3) Ordinarily, a 'softcopy' of 'ULUS10336.ini' will be created inside your ppsspp/cheats folder. Copy this file to your desktop or if you have a notepad-like app on your mobile phone.
4) Copy and paste the cheats, then SAVE. Just make sure that it has the 'ini' filetype, not txt.
5) Try restarting your ppsspp and crisis core, then go to its escape menu, and see if the Cheats tab is now available.
6) Once you open the tab, you'll see the cheats to be toggled on/off.

**you can actually create a file in Notepad or any notepad-like app as long as the ppsspp code (ULUSNNNNN) corresponds to the cheat file, and the cheat file has the proper filetype (ini). Of course, in case you somehow can't find the cheat file generated upon enabling cheats in PPSSPP.**
