PSX Eboot to PSX
I've always been wondering...you see tons on PSX to PSP tools but I can't find a single thing about the opposite.
Is it just not possible or I didn't search hard enough(or with the correct words) Using PPSSPP on Windows 7 x64 SP1 i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM Batch iso <=> cso converter http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=5384 Save Game\States Manager http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=5516 |

RE: PSX Eboot to PSX
PS1 game to PSP is possible(it's still PS1 game but the PSP need the game to be converted in a special way to be able to run it on the PSP)
What I'm asking is,if I convert a PS1 game to eboot to be able to play on PSP,can I later convert that EBOOT back to original PS1 gamewhich runs on any PS1 emulator PS1 => PS1 Eboot PS1 Eboot => PS1 image Using PPSSPP on Windows 7 x64 SP1 i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM Batch iso <=> cso converter http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=5384 Save Game\States Manager http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=5516 |

RE: PSX Eboot to PSX
PSP to PSX is obviously not possible, the PSP is a LOT more powerful.
PSX to PSP only works on the real PSP because there's a full PSX emulator in the PSP OS. This emulator does unfortunately not run in PPSSPP for various reasons so there's not much hope to run PSX games in PPSSPP, unless we grab and include a whole PSX emulator like PCSX or something. |

RE: PSX Eboot to PSX
He's asking if you can extract PS1 ISOs out of PSP-PS1 eboots. The answer is yes, you can, but as far as I know, most of the PS1 emulators support running PS1 games out of PSP eboots now, so why do you want to extract it?

Does ePSXe support eboot ps1 games...but even if it does,it's probably some new feature that is probably not bugs free(that's why I want to restore it back to normal iso\bin) Using PPSSPP on Windows 7 x64 SP1 i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM Batch iso <=> cso converter http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=5384 Save Game\States Manager http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=5516 |

RE: PSX Eboot to PSX
I think it's supported eboots since like version 1.7 or so. But anyway, if you want to extract the eboot, you should be able to use PSX2PSP v1.4.2 to extract the ISO file from it.

RE: PSX Eboot to PSX
If the format was CSO, you could uncompress it with a conversor. But I guess its format is PBP.
