The game works better in my phone (samsung galaxy s3 quad core) than my laptop (vaio dual core processor ram 2gb) I don't know why maybe something with the cores?

Not, maybe something with the settings or the resolution used. PPSSPP doesn't use 4 cores, only 2.

I found a strange issue when shooting. When I press E to focus on target and then press W or S for up and down + left/right arrows sometimes one of buttons is freezing and I'm spinning around

Yes, I got these two. It happens randomly then music is getting slowed down too.

same as in solarmystic thread only with one difference, I have non-buffered mode enabled

You need the buffer rendering enabled man. At least I always needed. Are you using any speed hack?

when I enable buffered rendering game is working like slide show 2 seconds working good 2 seconds stop etc I'm using all speed hack but with none of them it is working same

Man, if you are using the timer hack, disable it, it cause freezes every 2 seconds.
