Well yes,a lot of games had videos problems before(ppssp crash\freeze,video problems and so on)but they work fine now.
There are still games with problem but someday they will be fixed(don't know when but I'm sure they will)

Cleared the game using 0.9.1-1463 x86
There is problems with the subtitles in the video cutscenes and it's running the intro and opening at really low speed
Other that than,no problems at all(or at least I can't remember having any other)

I'm using version 0.96-190 and the game is heavily stuttering nonstop for me. Quite unplayable this way.

Did anyone have this problem before? Does anyone know how to fix it?

Does other game work okay? If it is then the problem is probably your rip if not then it's probably your OS (can be many thing, virus, driver, rogue apps).

Yeah, most other games work fine.
And I tried 2 different undub isos of this game, both have extreme stuttering.
I also tried the newest build and it changed nothing.

The Game Work very Well in EU Version.

The issue for video/audio shutter in two first video (intro) is the same.
