I would like to play The3rdBirthday and Dissidia 012 Duodecim but without a dualshock i think is impossibile and my question is, It's possible use the PS3 dualshock with ppsspp? or with an external program?

Yes, you can. You will need a app to pair the controller like the Sixaxis, later you open the PPSSPP go to Settings>Control>Control Mapping and select a key and tap the button in your controller to map. Take a look here: http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=5352

Yes, is possible. You can use via USB or Bluetooth, and map it in Settings>Controls>Control Mapping.

You'll need a driver before using a PS3 controller on Windows. I highly suggest Scarlet.Crush's driver over MotionInJoy (MotionInJoy has ads, phones home, and has caused my PC to have a lot of BSODs, personally).

And, uh, you can play duodecim on an android just fine, but I haven't experienced keyboard. Hehe.
