try not too heavy games like rpg, and then jumps to heavier games like tekken ,test ridge racer 2 and tell me how it goes with fps,active in the emulator flash memory and (JIT) test and ridge racer 2 in auto frame skipping

i believe, with my feeling,
your spec is good enough, since is more powerful than legend Sony Erricson Xperia Play (has only single-core cpu with single-core Adreno 205, which isnt bad in olden years), which PPSSPP used to fully optimized for that android (well, early release though. and sorry if i did write wrong fact/s)

1. Is ppsspp can play in 240x320 resolution? (like samsung galaxy young neo & LG Optimus L1 ll & L3 II)

2. Are these 2 android phones can play these game? (with settings, if can)

A. Wipeout pure
B. Wipeout pulse
C. Ridge racers
D. Ridge racers 2
E. Gran turismo psp

yes you can move the most games, but can not Gran Turismo

Hmm... Let me add more detail.
Mali-400 MP is quite good gpu, and is used in high-end smartphones. But, since you said is Mali-400 MP (that MP i believe is single-gpu), is fine for casual games.
That Lenovo is good enough to run mediocre PSP games like RPG, Classics, i believe. Dont forget to enable multithread. But, disable it if experiencing slower speed.


About that Mito,
PowerVR SGX 531, is fine for olden days. But, i bet is slower than Mali-400 MP. I did tried PPSSPP, Patapon game and its run awful. Mind though i was using single-core Cortex A8 (which is not powerful as A9 and A7).

So, Lenovo can run at decent speed with mediocre games. Hmm... Fighting one, should be okay if you sacrifices FPS, quality, etc.

Mito, maybe can run lower mediocre. and, i have bad experience with PowerVR gpus...
