Help a newbie

Hello everyone, i'm new to ppsspp. I downloaded the emulator yesterday and have been trying to play 2 games:

First, i tried to play Dragon ball Z Shin budokai Another Road. It plays almost perfectly but i have a problem: After i complete a mission, during the cutscene the emulator will stop, saying that ppsspp has failed or something along those lines. Anyway to play cutscenes or do i just skip them?

Second, i tried to play Megaman Maverick Hunter X. The first time i tried it i made it to the main menu but had to go so i closed the emulator. Now, when i try to play it, it gets stuck in the "accessing" part. Is this a known problem? If so, is there any way i can play this game?

And in case it is needed, here are my computer specs:

Acer Aspire X1430G
Processor AMD E-450 APU with Radeon HD graphics 1.65 GHz
RAM 4 GB
64 bit operating system

Default settings. I haven't changed anything since i downloaded it.
