where can i download ppsspp for ios without jailbreak?

I thought you said ISO for a second there. Anyway.
Apparently and unfortunately for you there is no version of the emulator for non jailbreak iPhones.

I see YouTube has some sort of tutorials for getting it to work on non jailbreak iPhones but they smell like scams to me, might be wrong though. If you have the guts go give them a whirl.

only apple-approved games and apps can be installed if your iphone is stock.

the only way i can think of that could possibly allow ppsspp without jailbreak is to register as a developer, and compile the game yourself.
but this is not doable for most people, if it even works.
