New version VC++ problem

after about r930 PPSSPP, when i run the ppsspp Win32 version then popup this dialog....

my com is intalled VC++ 2008 and 2012 redistributable

seems the Ws2_32.dll is the problem or is missing.go here

since about r1030, popup "missing MSVCRP.dll"

then i download the dll file put into PPSSPP folder, but nothing happen...
