White screen when the movie start on Brave Story?

idk if this problem already solved or not? but why i can't see any movie, just a white screen but i can hear the voice and the subtitle..
i am using ppsspp v0.9.5-742-g33023a3 on Lenovo A706..
i already tried reinstalled it but i still can't see any movie but i can see the movie in my computer..
can u help me? is it my setting or what?

It's either your settings or your video card\drivers
The game works fine here.
