RE: PPSSPP Symbian Port
Just increased optimisations from level 2 to level 3 for Symbian build.
See: v0.9.1-1864-gf86830b Tell me if you get any performance improvement. misiozol: atrac3+ plugin is extremely slow, even on high-end Android devices. Best to wait for the new atrac3+ code that is coming soon. |

Some of games was in Black Screen but now it's working ( but slow) like spider man Friend or foe and Some are still in green screen while playing (like Naruto Shippuden Impact) also there is some graphics fixed in some games (like showing the black suit in Spider man web of shadows) But still when I try to save it, it crash or unable to save and when I try to save (like writing a name) the text is hard to see |

Well I did manage to get it working but it seems it's very slow ,phone is nokia pureview 808 , while some chess is about 20-30fps but wipeout ,motorstorm have about 6-7fps and crash while loading game not menu title just game to play , have try many settings and it seems none is making any effect while assassins creed have heavy artifacts same with WRC fia world rally . Am I doing something wrong or is there any particular setting build is latest for symbian v0.9.1-1866-g8299c14 , is installed on internal phone memory same as games i'm out of ideas any one have one pls share ?

RE: PPSSPP Symbian Port
For anyone experiencing saving issues, please try disabling "Hardware Transform".
It will make game slower but resolved some saving issues on my phone. |

RE: PPSSPP Symbian Port
I increased optimisation level and fixed some bugs. It should feel noticeably faster and less buggy in latest revision.

What was the last version you found them working? I just looked at the forum here: http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=3968 and it says that Castlevania freezes after Konami logo. It says you have to skip it by pressing 'Start' very fast otherwise you'll get stuck on a black screen. From the error description, it would look to be a media engine bug -- since we enforce media engine on from now. I'll add it to the issue. The other games probably have a similar issue. |
