well, you cant play ps1 on ppsspp for it is psp emulation only.
you can try FPSE for PS1 and MyBoy for GBA if you are using android.

oh , then what you mean are called eboots.
its easy to download,you can google it.
as of the file destination,you can put it on PSP/GAME folder.
but i tell you,its difficult to run 100% smooth gaming on some eboots,my example is mario 3.nes, whatever the setting i do its still not smooth. eboots are like running emu using another emu . so i suggest that u just use the most compatible emu for a certain type of game.

why do you want to play snes , nes , gba games using ppsspp while there are other emulator more suitable for it?

i dont want too many emulatos if i could have all in one that will be good

okay, if thats the case then try DroidEmu android app if ur using android. it can emulate all the classic games. except for the new ones like psp or ps1.
hope that would solve it.
i dont suggest eboots for ppsspp now because its still under development,sorry.
