Can you use a better image hosting site like imgur or minus? Those are just tiny thumbnails.

how about your gpu?
mostly problem like this can be caused by your gpu not support opengl2.0 or you're not install the latest driver for your gpu

Toshiba E8/X19PDE laptops have a Intel 852GM Chipset.
According to this post, they only support OpenGL 1.3.

So, I'm sorry akosimac, but your computer is not capable of running ppsspp because it lacks the proper OpenGl support.
But you may try again in a few weeks or months. It is possible ppsspp will then have directX 9 support.
I'm sorry, but I can't constantly keep an eye on all the game compatibility threads I started.
