I know you guys know of it however just a suggestion. You should bring them to court. They made easily $5,000 off this app. They had 1,000 - 5,000 installs at $4.00 a pop. I think they owe you guys some money.

Seems to be violating the GPL though, which I've told the guy (Spencer Benterud, Alberta, Canada). He doesn't seem to care though.

Just make sure to not download it and if you did, ask him for a refund at [email protected] or [email protected] . Also feel free to tell him what you think.

Such a thing would be unconceivable on App Store,the few apps that rarely bypass the Apple filter are promptly removed if they violate certain rules.
