I don't know if it's me, I can't comprehend the damage mechanic, and the bullet system doesn't help at all; I mean, bullet customization is nice, but from what I can see it's like I need to rely more on the gun than blade... I always relied on my blade. I think there are 2-3 DLC missions that are set up so I needed my gun, but besides those I haven't had a problem using blades. Also, I just beat my 1000th large aragami in God Eater Burst and cleared all 12 of the achievements (small and DLC aragami don't count for achievement I). Basically I'm set for God Eater 2 now. All 12 aren't required to transfer weapons (ie clearing 1 achievement allows the user to transfer 1 weapon) but most users will probably want to clear as many as possible. Additionally, there are bonuses for clearing certain amounts of achievements which also transfer to God Eater 2. |

RE: [Menu/Intro]God Eater 2 - NPJH-90338 DEMO
Good for you CPkmn, good for you. It's smething which I'll hardly accomplish for sure XD. I really want to like the series but there are so many things which make me rage quit at times, I can't comprehend how I can be hit by a monster's fireball if I'm behind such monster! Meh, this happen to me frequently with kangou races. And seriously, are all the monsters supposed to do all that damage? Bosses kill me in just 2 hits, I don't get what I'm doing wrong, even more if we consider that party members get only a scratch from the same attacks which hit me...

RE: [Menu/Intro]God Eater 2 - NPJH-90338 DEMO
fwiw Blood Arts were fixed in JPCSP last week, but JPCSP has other bugs making it about as playable as PPSSPP.
JPCSP's bugs : - Crashes if player starts a mission if the player used Blood Arts in the previous mission (fortunately saving works after updating Blood Arts, but you'd only be able to play 1 mission with Blood Arts, then you'd have to close and reopen the emulator to play another) - Choppy gameplay (sort of fixed with vertex cache on, but not perfect) - Overbright lighting (sort of fixed with read stencil to memory, but not perfect) - Trigger happy with volume changes when moving (fortunately it doesn't seem to happen during missions) I was able to use JPCSP to get one of the Blood Arts and test it in PPSSPP and it seemed to be usable (although the game still crashed afterwards since the Blood Art was being updated). |

RE: [Menu/Intro]God Eater 2 - NPJH-90338 DEMO
Little update: with [Unknown]'s new pull request (https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/pull/3542) the blood arts screen is fixed, but there's a jit bug which is being worked on, so it's an interpreter-only fix for now.
PPSSPP screenshot (using interpreter) : edit- works with JIT on the latest official build now. |

RE: [Menu/Intro]God Eater 2 - NPJH-90338 DEMO
can confirm the blood art work, but after learning some skill i get stuck in the loading screen, just after the mission complete and the save dialog.
and it seem in the snow area, the sky is broken again. and there's some graphical glitch too. edit: the glitch and errors can be fixed by turning off the buffered rendering, i forgot to do that lol. everything is good now, great works im using version v0.9.1-400-g17086b6, since it's the only build that has 64bit version at the moment. bytheway if you disable the logging window in the dev tool, the beep sound is completely dissappear. some screen |

I downloaded the official demo from their website, and the emulator will not boot the EBOOT file. I have always had this issue with EBOOTs. running on android.

Will not load doesn't tell us much. What error do you get if any? Are you using the latest dev build? If not, you should update, because I fixed a bug where demo eboots/game eboots wouldn't work correctly.

Additionally, you don't just get to transfer all of your stuff from God Eater Burst to God Eater 2 (once it's released in ~2 months). You're limited to 12 total equipment, and you don't just get to transfer 12 of them. There are 12 requirements, and for each 1 of the requirements you clear you can transfer 1 of your equipment. --------------- Also I took a sweet picture of one of the Blood Arts (this isn't aimed really at you, darkjoe16, but just for anyone curious about them working) |
