Notes: Has some text issues, on the intro have to wait or press start twice to skip intro movie, game appears playable but due to limited testing and issues with text I'll place it here for now.

Hi i would like to inform you that this does indeed work on android though its slow ( 15 ish fps ) it does indeed work 100% as of yet ... the intros and such are completely and utterly missing, the fps counter at the moment in extremely inaccurate for this specific game.

The game seems working almost full speed on my device (chinese tablet) , but if you want to run the game you need to wait ~5 minutes for intro video which you can't skip at first time launching the game
Tested with 0.7 version

I'm having a problem where after the opening logos (XSeed JKS, Criware) there is just a blank screen.... Is there any way to get past this?

I've had an issue with most 0.7.5 revisions where when I play any game that goes to an FMV, and I don't hit the skip button fast enough, the emulator crashes. since this game requires you to wait for a FMV I'm the beginning, will this issue still happen? I'm currently using 0.7.5-25 and want to play this so bad!

after some tests, I was able to play with an older version, 0.7-647 and get to a save point. but then I tried going back to 0.7.5-66 and it still crashes before you even get to the home menus. this is very frustrating. please fix this bug so that I don't have to keep swapping revisions when I want to play different games.

Can you narrow it down farther to which revision the problem started in?

That range has 94 commits in it:

So if you could try say, 0.7.5-16, it would cut the number of possible things that broke it in half. Anyway, some suspects I have are:

v0.7-618-gda73895 (yes, this is NOT in 0.7-647, sorry revision control is a bit complicated.)
v0.7-620-g25ab929 (same)
v0.7-658-g4f473e5
v0.7.5-4-g9b80ae2
v0.7.5-5-g200ec55

That said, it'd hard to say...

I get a black screen after the maker's logos show up. I've tried waiting for a possible intro to pass but it still remains on a black screen. Turning buffered rendering off will cause the ppsspp to crash when I reach the black screen as well.

I'm using v0.7.6-402-ge797ed7.

I finally got it working. I could never pass the openings because it was the first time running the game, so I ran BoS on jpcsp, made a system save, then took that save data and put in on my ppsspp. Now I can skip the opening and run the game normally.

What happens at the black screen for you? Does the ppsspp crash or do the buttons still work. If the ppsspp crashes make sure you have buffered rendering on when the black screen shows up. You can turn it off after you pass the intro but during video clips it has to be on.
