Counter FPS Android
I saw you added the FPS counter on the option "Show debugs statiscs", but is too small and gets a lot on screen. Does it have the option to put as separate FPS and increase the size? Thank you.

RE: Counter FPS Android
I was thinking it might be nice bigger too. I usually use 1x zoom and it's unreadable.

RE: Counter FPS Android
I may be wrong but is the fps counter inaccurate at all? I play games that I'm reasonably sure are going full speed, i.e. The Impossible Game or Half-Minute Hero, but the fps counter insists I'm getting only 33 frames a second. Isn't that half-speed, or am I just being stupid?

RE: Counter FPS Android
Hi i would like to report that the fps counter is extremely inaccurate for corpse party book of shadows ( yes the game actually works ) its showing 60 fps when its supposed to be about 15 ish fps i was wondering if its a problem with this specific game and would it perhaps be fixable ? ( i will post a video as soon as im not incredibly busy with other stuff)

RE: Counter FPS Android
Hmm. So far it seems correct in everything on Windows (in that it shows 60 fps basically in all games unless I slow them down with a profiler/debug/etc.)
Note that this is the number of frames being rendered per second. It's possible there's an emulation bug that is causing the game to run slower than it should. For example, Wipeout Pure was internally frameskipping (which made it too fast) due to a bug, but would've still shown 60 fps because the emulator was rendering 60 fps and didn't even know the game was skipping anything. What platform is this on? Do you have other games where it seems correct? -[Unknown] |

RE: Counter FPS Android
Some games run at 30 fps internally, they will still show as 60fps. Our FPS is similar to what N64 emus used to call "VPS" or Vblanks per second so 60fps always means full speed regardless of the actual framerate of the game.
Could also add a second "true" fps counter by watching when the game changes the front buffer. |

About the FPS counter, I think this a bit right but not very accurate, because any game that runs above 30FPS is almost at full speed, there is little difference in game speed between 60FPS and 30FPS. Excuse me if I'm wrong. RE: Counter FPS Android
Question, what would it show in FPS counter in case of native 60fps games like Gran Turismo Portable? If it's 60 then it's a VPS/VPU counter which is technically more accurate to what happens internaly in the game.
