May I know have to use which PPSSPP version? I download and used Windows 32bit v0.8.1-1077 but it turn black screen in the start menu.

You're using the right version

You just have to wait until the developers find something in order to fix the game... Be patient !

Yes, I got and try used lots of PPSSPP latest version, every game I play currently seem ok (only sometimes the background music get stuck stuck a bit) and only this Fairy Tail Zelef Kakusei can't play, I try used Jpcsp to play it, but it run slow motion and totally no background music at all, so I prefer used PPSSPP to play PSP games on my PC.

Just tested the latest official build, and no, it's not playable. It still doesn't get past the intro (not on the latest version anyways).
I thought it was weird hearing this so I tested it (I've known about this game's issue on the official build for quite some time). At least, it's not working on Windows x64 (I tested), or on Windows 32bit (TheGame tested) with the latest official build.
I'm going to guess robinzezo is either using Mac, Linux, or some sort of smartphone.

It works on my custom build, but like robinzezo said, loading from 2D (eg name entry screen) -> 3D (eg first cutscene right after name entry) is slow BUT I will say it runs better afterwards than on JPCSP. On JPCSP I'm lucky to get 5 FPS while in 3D scenes,
while on my custom build I get full speed (and above) once the scene loads.

Getting black screen after intro on the newsest build for windows ppsspp-v0.8.1-1173-ge03acc4-windows-x86 no fix at all. Game is not playable who ever said it was is not.

Well, even current latest version v0.8.1-1438-ga678621-windows-x86 still remind the same problem. Anyway just be patient, I believe someday PPSSPP sure will fix it...

For me everything work beautifull, until I talk with Makarov. Then PPSSPP freeze, and now i have error when 1st mission (turorial) start.

I roughly find a way how to load & save without hang.

*Before you want to Load or Save game from Makarov*
ESC --> Game Settings --> Audio --> Enable Atrac3+ (Press to remove the tick, after Load or Save successfully then follow same process and tick it back)
