I want to buy a new phone and i have 2 choices.

Which is faster to play ppsspp and android games?
Can adreno 305 beat powervr sgx544mp(1 core) performance?
Is OpenGL ES 3.0 on adreno 305 can be used on ppsspp?

From my experience Mediatek are very fast.. but if you could I would advise an a9 cpu .. very cheap and the fastest CPU after a15..

like pap5000, star n9000 etc.. maybe newer devices out now though but if you do research Chinese mobile are very good, I currently have a y300 it was cheap but very fast.. hasnt lagged much since if had it and run everything that's been thrown at it.
