i have some trouble with "instal game data". I can't instal any game data on my ppsspp. Can anybody help me??

Why are you trying to install game data? 99% of games don't need it. On a PC or mobile phone, your SD card, SSD or HDD is much faster than a PSP UMD drive, so install data is completely useless. That said, there are several games(like MGS Peace Walker) that require a small data install to even run.
Does the game you're playing require a data install to even run? As daxtsu said is futile to install data on the emu for the reasons he explained above. There are plenty of reasons if the game is running slow, the main one is your device spec along with emulator settings, try to enable/disable mipmapping, antialiasing, buffered rendering etc.
