Speed locked at 40VPS/ 66,6 % ?

Hello!

For some time now, many games are trying to run at 40 VPS (66,6% speed with the new display method) on my S3 int.

I do not see a setting in the menus that would force such behavior.
Toggled speed limit is off.

I knew the games are running slow, because I'm able to drive properly with just the touchscreen in RR2

Believe it or not... putting my phone out of "power saving mode" made it go fullspeed... is this by design? I am baffled because the PPSSPP speed value for the power saving mode was always exactly 2/3 of the full speed... coincidence? Or is PPSSPP programmed so?

I think it's quite logical that having a device under power saving mode will limit its performance..

That is logical indeed. The interesting part is why the limiting was always 66,6% regardless of which game was running so it did not care if the game was demanding or not.
