At the start of chapter 2 you need to interact with the bathroom door for proceed.
And for the versions, you can find all of them in this page: http://buildbot.orphis.net/ppsspp/
I played the entire game in "v0.8.1-918-g36c71c6" with some little adjusts and it worked fine.

I also do have a problem... I'm at chapter 6, the part when Monokuma opens all the academy's doors so we can investigate. At the data processing room, after Asahina and I discover that the room was to control Monokuma, Naegi remembers something that Kirigiri said about the puppetmaster can't controll Monokuma and look through the cameras at the same time; When the flashback finishes, the game crashes, and i still don't know why this happens... I use ppsspp-v0.8.1-741-g5d91518 because i red on some post about the interact pointer didn't appear, but in that version it does, so i started using that one. Is that a rom problem that makes the game crash? Please somebody help me, i'm almost at the end of the game )=

Disable Hardware Transform before that part happens. Should solve the issue.

I tried to read a bit into the tread but didnt find an answer.
Has the interaction problem gotten a fix yet? I have the newest version of PPSSPP and I can't interact with anything.
I have a AMD Phenom II X4 980 CPU and a Nvidia GTX 770 Graphics Card.

If you had looked back one or two pages in this thread, you would've seen that the game doesn't work correctly in 8.1 official. Grab a development build and enable Read Framebuffer to Memory(CPU) if you have AMD/Intel/Android graphics cards/devices, or Read Framebuffer to Memory(GPU) if you have NVidia. Be prepared for a massive speed hit though; those options are both quite VPS/Speed intensive.

Thank you! The game works like a charm now
Turned on Read Framebuffer to Memory(GPU) and the problem was solved. And I havent experienced any performance loss.

If you have a good PC you won't notice it(unless you turbo; it won't go as high as with it on).

Thanks for the help earlier, but I need help once again now
Everything was running great util I was done with the Prologue and started Chapter 1. All of the characters suddenly got pixelated. Not awfully much but enough that it was visible. As soon as they showed up they looked fine but after a second all the lines on their bodies and faces got pixelated.
Now I managed to fix it by screwing around in the settings but I dont remember what I did
So now I guess I dont have a problem after all...
But while I'm here, do you know what settings I should have to get the best possible graphics? Everything looks great but it just seems a bit blurry, you know? I'm wondering if there is a way to fix that.
My settings as of now is:
Rendering Resolution: 4x
Rendering Mode: Read Framebuffer to Memory(GPU)
Frame Skipping: 0
Texture Filtering: Linear
Texture Scaling: xBRZ - 5x (Overkill)
Hardware Transform: On
Vertex Cache: Off
Stream VBO: Off
MipMapping: Off
2x SSA: On
Vsync: Off
Thanks

And I have also noticed that there is no sound in the cutscenes/movies.
I have enabled sound and Atrac3+ but still nothing.

Turn up the volume to 8 under Audio settings. The balance is way off.

Ingame or in the PPSSPP settings?
If the PPSSPP settings, do you mean both BGM and SE volume?
