VBS is picking up something in ppsspp.ini

VBS is picking up something i>>?[General] using this vbs found online, all i did was to change so it can read the ppsspp.ini
open note pad save as 1.vbs

That's probably a UTF-8 byte order mark, it's basically a marker that says that this file is encoded in UTF-8 Unicode.
