control + screen layout positioning and scaling

Control layout positioning and scaling is missing on android, i hope the feature should implemented asap . The screen too need scaling like the one in myboy emulator, which we can change position and scale the screen size as we fit. This two feature is very important on tablet so please please

btw OOT i just change my tablet from tegra 2 to omap 4430 so it should play PPSSPP fast with NEON + fast cpu perfomance than tegra 2

your going to have issues with OMAP4430 CPU it has a PowerVR SGX540 @ 304-365 MHz GPU. I would get a tablet with a Tegra 3 CPU or Snapdragon CPU or stick with the Tegra 2 Tablet.

The powerVR has some graphic problems with PPSSPP and devs are struggling to fix those bugs but it takes a lot of time.If you are willing to look at a tegra 3 tablet I recommend you the Nexus 7 as it already runs most of the ppsspp compatible games at full speed with the correct configuration.You can also take a look at Nvidia Shield and Wikipedia as those are gaming-oriented tablets
