Problem running PPSSPP

I recently replaced my motherboard and processor and reinstalled windows 7 home premium. Previously I had no problem running this emulator, but now I cannot. On version 8 I get the error "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application."

On version 7 it starts up, waits a second then freezes and I'm told the program has stopped working.

If you can help me I will owe you so much. I have tried downloading the files here http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/...px?id=5555 but so far it has not fixed my problem.

This error is usually caused by trying to run a 64 bit app in a 32 bit OS. Hope that helps.

Unfortunately I am running Windows 7 x64. So I replaced some .dlls that I saw in a website, I'm no longer getting that particular error, however, it's still starting up and then saying "PPSSPP has stopped working."
