PPSSPP Symbian Port

I can't load data from any version. When i press load data in menu game, ppsspp immediately crash. in my device is ys series, knight in the nighmare, naruto kizuna drive and many more.

just tried v8 with virtua tennis world tour.. and graphically its 100%.. looks awesome
speed wise its playable but barely.. its still REALLY slow

for me it does work on tehra dark warrior, it loads save data correctly, but it worked much better with version 0.7.5 in terms of graphics and audio.

me neither! I can only load data with tehra dark warrior, but naruto shippuden ultimate ninja impact, spark black shootet cant anymore. i completed the whole game (naruto) but i cant play it anymore because of this issue using v0.7.6, v0.8.0 or v0.8.1, it only works with v0.7.5.

Hello I can see some lags in Jetpack Joyride with my N808. I tried many graphics settings but still in game it freezes for about half a second. It´s still very good playable but the older version was running smoothly. Where should be a problem?

Can you make sure Fast Memory is on, Framekipping is on.

I have a question, if ppsspp for symbian was working so good with version 0.7.5, why dont start adding things to that version? editing things like Frame Skipping auto; -1 +1 and stuff like that, or i dont know...things that are on the current versions that might improve version 0.7.5 which was already a very good version.

Would it be actually possible? Cuz most of the games worked just great with it. English is not my native language but I hope I made myself understood.

i already turn it on, but still can't load data in ys series & naruto kizuna drive..

Latest version works fine with Symbian too. Only second-gen though. The issue is the fonts now support all languages and this is made in such a way that it fills VRAM.
It doesn't just affect Symbian, it affects Android and iPhone 4 as well. Hopefully we can work out a solution in near future.

For me is the same, version PPSSPP-0.7.5-2 is stable for playing Tehra and other games while version PPSSPP-v0.8.1-74-g88b9fa7 have many issues, Tehra crashing or have graphic issus when enter in game menu while playing. My phone is N8-00 with xeon 3.5.1 belle refresh and all latest updates.

@xsacha,can 0.7.5. and 0.7.6 be compiled for first generation symbian anna?,0.7.5 only can be used by belle phone.if you can build one please pm me the link.
