Galaxy Note 2... crashing upon start up when looking for atrac3 files. ..

Saw someone post a zip with Libs but even after placing them manually nothing works... cleared data even wiped dalvik.. several fresh installs no dice. What the hell is the trick here? It USED to work just fine before update
