"PPSSPP has encountered a problem..."

Happens as soon as I open the program.
DirectX and GPU drivers are up to date.
Anyone know what might be up?

Windows XP SP3
AMD Turion 64 Mobile Technology MK-36 1.99GHz
896MB RAM
ATI Radeon Xpress 1150

Unfortunately, the further back you go with ATI gpu's, the worse OpenGL support becomes and iirc, the most recent drivers for that particular gpu actually introduced some.

it would help if you enabled application crash dumps and uploaded one to a file storage site.

It says that that feature was introduced in Windows Server 2008/Vista SP1.
My Windows installation is XP.
