RE: Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix
Secret Episode crashes the emulator (Application PPSSPP stopped working). Checked if it may be a FMV/audio issue but the video is working properly on Trinity Report, so it must be something else.

RE: Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix
Anyone else get a lot of lag on the final Terra fight? I go down to about 20 fps when the orange force field shows up.
Edit: It appears to only happen with texture scaling on 5x. Is this an emulator bug or is my hardware not good enough? |

That is an excessive amount of texture scaling unless you've got uber hardware. Tone it down for that fight lol, your hardware may not be good enough. I'd love to know the technical reason behind what makes it drop so much. I'm guessing it has something to do with the moving background, since another battle that really destroys my fps with texture scaling on is the Axel fight in KH2. |

We don't support piracy here.
If you meant how to rip the game from your PSP, there are multiple tools out there you can use to rip UMDs. 4GHz AMD 3900X, 32GB DDR4 RAM, 6GB Nvidia RTX 2060, Asus Crosshair 7 Hero (Wifi), Linux How to ask useful questions: https://web.archive.org/web/20110214010944/http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555375 I'm not Dark_Alex, nor do I claim to be. It's a known issue, as seen here; https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/issues/2094
Also, try to keep using the latest revisions; 1176 is relatively old. 4GHz AMD 3900X, 32GB DDR4 RAM, 6GB Nvidia RTX 2060, Asus Crosshair 7 Hero (Wifi), Linux How to ask useful questions: https://web.archive.org/web/20110214010944/http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555375 I'm not Dark_Alex, nor do I claim to be. RE: Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix
Did you download the atrac3 plugin when prompted by the emulator?

I was under the impression that 1.0.12 didn't work...at least, every time I've tried to patch it (with a clean ISO and one with 1.0.11 on it) it doesn't boot on my PSP or in PPSSPP. 1.0.11 boots fine though. |
