I cant download it -_- ..

works for me, try resetting your dsl/cable modem.

RE: a3+ download problem
the emulator checks if you have the latest plugin version and won't let you download new one just because you change emulator revision(not plugin).

Failed to reach server
Tried many times to download the Atrac3+ decoder right from the emulator, but every time i get a "Failed to reach server" message, even after clearing cache and unistalling. And yes, i'm with an working Internet connection.

Did everything sugested, uninstalled PPSSPP, deleted de PSP folder, installed again (the lastest build) and i still get the "Failed to reach server", what else should i do?

Yeah, fixed now. Works again on my Nexus S at least.
