git pull --rebase

git submodule update

Thanks, I just used:
Code:
git pull https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp.git
git submodule update --init
which was not enough Rolleyes
Anyway I think this info should be present in the ppsspp git "home page".

Mine too, maybe 30 Mb is a debug build.

Can somebody else please confirm that the keys: I,J,K,L do not work in the Qt version of PPSSPP ?

RE: PPSSPP on Ubuntu
The keys didnt worked right for me too.
So I play with the PS3 Controller with some remapped keys (left stick down - left stick right ; had to be swapped for some reason)
And some others buttons..

Strange, maybe I should build a Debug version of it, or it can be something wrong with my hardware (but when I download a PPSSPP SDL version the keys work fine!).

RE: PPSSPP on Ubuntu
I'm managed to run the last version for windows (x86) through wine.

Wine support provide Ubuntu users with an additional way to use PPSSPP: I got stable 60 frames per second and (at last!) the analog keys I,J,K,L work now Smile!

The only problem is that sound is not smooth at all (although the stereo effect seems somehow more powerful).

P.S. Wine can be configured both as win32 and win64 (on Ubuntu 64). Currently I've used win32 (with a win32 ppsspp version). I've seen no win64 versions to download... and test.

Do you think that ppsspp works better with win32 or win64 (I ask because other emulators work only in Win32 mode) ?

You need to compile ffmpeg first and then define the FFMPEG_BUILDDIR enviroment var
Use cmake-gui for an easier way to define it
