PPSSPP does not work on my PC Window7

I found PPSSPP 2 days ago and I don't have any idea why this happen:



What is XINPUT1_3.dll ?
Any solution?

B) What game are you trying to play?
C) What are your PC specs?

Update your graphic drivers and retry.If fails again then i suspect that your gpu+drivers doesn't really support OpenGL 2.1 at least on shaders part.Does it doing it in every game?
