PPSSPP General Questions

Hello there, I am new to the forums and just bought a friends modded PSP and was checking out PPSSPP on my PC. It seems to run relatively fast compared to Jpcsp on some games but the build I downloaded has no background music. If I understand correctly PPSSPP is still in alpha? I was just curious as to whether or not I have it set up right. I am using the 7.5 or 7.6 build, I think (I assume it is the latest). Thank you for any advice.

You say "or just download this" ( https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B1ftGc2t...vaEk/edit) as though it is a quick fix... What exactly am I looking for and does "this" fix the sound issues? I have no problem being patient and waiting for a fixed version to come out.

this version is a test version for sound fix where they are trying to fix the sound issue, and it works most of the time now but if u can wait then u should w8 for 0.8 release where they will support full sound and videos
