ppsspp not working on windows

Okay, I know one possible cause and I have fixed it in the attached build (and in current on github). Can you guys replace your PPSSPPWindows.exe with the one attached here, and try again?

I also do not work, does not work when selected "buffered rendering", I think it is to have a intel gpu (in my case Intel GMA 695), if you do not select this, the emulator starts well, you can hear the music and effects, but not see anything, all black. Shaders problem?

I changed #version to 110 as an experiment, in this exe. Can you check if it works?

I have a memory could not be read problem, I'm using windows xp service pack 3, all latest drivers and framworks in place, GPU geforce 9400, any ideas?

when you do not select buffering works, you do a version to run on Intel Gma?

The buffered rendering problem might be trickier to fix without hardware to test on.
