Finally got past the black video part and saved it, but is there a way to get the battles to run more smooth? it seems very lagged and glitchy in the battles took like 20 mins to do the 2nd fight with screen was flicking form the tiles.

I reckon this is a problem with texture loading, and since none of the options change anything about that you have to wait for a fix.
Shouldnt enable VBO though. This makes it much worse.

v0.7.6-48 build for x64 has no slowness. There are still issues with visual artifacts and audio bugs though, also sometimes you still need to press start a couple times to keep the game going.

The thing is, War of the Lions suffers from frame rate drops even on the original PSP. So it's probably better to just emulate the PS1 version of the game on a ps1 emulator instead.

PSP version has more content than PS1

psp version of Final Fantasy Tactics have terrible music/audio decode with PPSSPP or JPCSP. Maybe have neeed to fix any thing on the iso or a especifically mod on the emulator to fix the sound

Yup, getting the square enix logo then the ivalice alliance logo, then crash.

Using ULES00850 and v0.7.6-162-g78fe42f.

Win7 Ultimate 64bit here. Other games (wipeout pure, fired up, etc) run fine.

The graphical issues should be gone, but I didn't really go into the game. It should be much faster too.

This'll be with something like v0.7.6-216, should be available on the downloads page soon.
