CWcheat suggestion - array of bytes

ps2 emulators allow inputting array of bytes (with pnach files), but cwcheat doesn't allow that.
i wish ppsspp adds a new code to cwcheat and allow that, because that would make work more easy if i want to inject a lot of code into the game.
i guess the new code would be easy to do with C++ although i'm not sure.
better yet, allow cwcheat to read a binary file (specified by a file name) as the source of byte array.
