My ppsspp framrate dropped drom 30fps to 10 fps after i was messing with the settings

I was playing Midnight Club 3 on PPSSPP for android and it was smooth, i thought i could improve the graphics by turning off an on stuffs in the settings and when i came back, the game ran terrible! I tried to turn of Hardware tesstalation bit that didn't work too, i tried contacting people on the discord but no ome responded, any help would be much appriciated!
