Is my data saved in the cloud or do I have to manually move it?
So my computer's been freezing randomly, I decided to reinstall windows os. So, if I do it, can I reinstall PPSSPP and all my stuff remains as if nothing happened or do I have to move some stuff so I can save my data. I only use this emulator for like one game so I don't know every bit and bob about it

No, your PPSSPP data isn't saved in the cloud automatically. You'll need to manually back up your save files before reinstalling Windows. Do you know where your PPSSPP save files are currently located?

Inside this folder, look for subfolders like save or memstick, which contain your game saves and any other relevant data. Copy the entire PPSSPP folder (or just the relevant subfolders) to an external drive or a different location on your computer that won't be affected by the Windows reinstall.

Before reinstalling Windows, go to your PPSSPP folder (usually something like Documents\PPSSPP or wherever you extracted it) and back up the memstick folder. That’s where your save states, in-game saves, and configs are stored.
After reinstalling Windows, just reinstall PPSSPP and copy the memstick folder back to the same location, and everything should work as before. Since you’re only using it for one game, this should be pretty quick and safe.
