Hotspot tekken 6 multiplayer

Hi everyone who's reading, i have a problem with hotspot multiplayer in tekken 6.

So basically, my android phone is the hotspot, one iPhone 16 on iOS 18 and 2 Android phones are connected. The iP's are same, the port offset is same on all four, but, other phones cant see each other in lobby, and only the host is visible.

for some reason tried changing port offset an all 4 from 10k to 9900, didnt work

I dont understand how to solve this issue
