Silent Hill Origins Flashlight Bug fixed on 1.14.4 but doesn't have RetroAchievements

I realised that the Silent Hill Origins Flashlight Bug was fixed on Version 1.14.4 of PPSSPP but no longer works on later versions including latest version 1.17.1. Can you please permanently add the Silent Hill Origins Flashlight Bug fix from 1.14.4 to all new versions from here on out? I tested 1.14.4 myself and the Flashlight fix works perfectly, only one problem, 1.14.4 doesn't have the RetroAchievements Support that 1.17.1 has, and i really wanted to earn Achievements for Silent Hill Origins without this Eyesore. I would happily just play the PS2 Version of Silent Hill Origins on PCSX2, but that Version doesn't have RetroAchievements yet which really sucks. Please permanently patch in the Silent Hill Origins Flashlight Bug Fix from 1.14.4 into the latest Version of PPSSPP including Beta Versions. That would be really awesome.
