Ppsspp not working on google tv

The ppsspp app opens but I can’t set it up to use internal storage, I get a java error screen. When I choose to run without storage, it opens, but I can’t upload a ROM in any way I try! I’ve stalled file manager and I setup full permission for the file manager and ppsspp but it still won’t work.

I get this message:
