No cheats working for Project Diva 2nd

Hi all, I have a problem that is making me very frustrated.

In my cheats folder (for Project Diva 2nd), there is a file called .ini (what is created when I click edit cheat file) and one called HATS04214. When I paste the 60fps cheat code into HATS04214, it works. But, the cheat itself does not appear in the cheats section in PPSSPP. However, when I paste the cheat into .ini, it appears in the cheat section, but does not work. How do I fix this? Do I have to install a different ISO? Thanks in advance for help

Ensure that the cheat file has the correct file extension. For PPSSPP, cheat files are typically saved with the ".ini" extension. Make sure that both the cheat code file and the PPSSPP emulator recognize the file with the proper extension. Candy Crush
