Will I be able to run ppsspp games ?

Hi I have a question. Recently I broken my Redmi note 8 pro and now Iam going to buy new phone but I have realy low budget so Iam going to buy Cubot note 7 will I be able play ppsspp games (specs below) ? Cuz there isnt enough good games on google play which I will be able to run

There is no such thing as PPSSPP games. It's an emulator that runs PSP games and each of them has different requirements.

Will you be able to run them? Sure why not. Will they run at full speed? This will greatly depend on the game and settings used. PSP emulation for the most part is very light on the CPU side, but some games have really hard to emulate graphic effects. Most of the popular games are heavy, but 90% of PSP games that you probably never even heard about would run on a potato.
