the code _C0 PES99 change to _C1 PES99 when i activate the cheat, then the cheat disappears, someone help me

Can you please provide some additional information? For example:

* List the entirety of the entry for cheat codes on this game
* Version of PPSSPP and platform (Windows, etc.)
* Did it ever work in the past?

Things like this. Just want to see that you can as much help as you can.
