Can these be ported to the US version of Star Ocean Second Evolution? Also, is there anything like an Infinite Item Use cheat? Something where once you acquire an item quantity doesn't decrease with use?

For Ragnarok Tactics (ULUS 10594)
Theres a cheat code im trying to use that doesnt work quite correctly, was hoping someone could maybe help me get it working correctly? The code itself is here: https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/boards/627...s/66631577 It does add the characters into their designated slots as it says but it does have the very unfortunate side effect of deleting any new characters you create. So if you have slots 2-18 with the characters the code adds, any "generic" characters you have made will be deleted as soon as youve finished a fight. Please feel free to DM me for some observations i've made about it that could probably help. I've done some playtesting with this code, and also have some saves you can use, since you would have to play through the first 3 chapters to be able to replicate the bug and test. Also if you'd like to be compensated I'd be down with that as well.
i need a 25 fps cheat for mgs peace walker (ULUS10509) (30fps works bad on my potato)
